1. What pins and tools are included in the American Lock & Master Padlock Re-Keying Kit?
The kit includes 50 each of #0–#7 bottom pins (compatible with American/ Master padlocks), 50 master pins, 50 spool driver pins, 50 driver pins, 50 top pins, 50 springs, plus 3/32″ and 7/64″ Allen wrenches—all you need to re-key without a plug follower.
Please note that American Padlock / Master Padlock Pins Are the Same Just Diffrent numbers for the Depths. For Example,  a #1 Master Padlock Bottom Pin is the same pin for the #2 American Padlock Pin.

2. Can you re-key American padlocks without a follower using this kit?
Yes! This kit is designed so that you can re-key American and Master padlocks without a plug follower. It includes all required components and tools for easy, efficient servicing.

To Rekey American / Master Padlocks you do not need a follower.
